Sterling silver spanner
A spanner for a gift or ceremonial purpose. Silver is too soft for any practical use. It weighs 18 grams and is just over 9 cm long. This is not the best spanner for engraving, but is more authentic. For engraving, please see the item below.

Engravable silver spanner
A spanner for a gift or ceremonial purpose. Silver is too soft for any practical use. It weighs 14 grams and is just over 9 cm long. This spanner has a flat side which is shown here that, in this case, my customer has had engraved. As supplied, it will have a polished surface suitable for engraving. The other side looks like the upper spanner in the image above.

A tiny silver spade - four cm long and weighing two grams. Apart from a gift, the only use I can think of is possibly a novel mustard spoon.

Small silver clothes pegSmall silver clothes peg
A tiny silver peg, cast using a tiny wooden peg as the template - as in the right hand image. These pegs have a fairly rough surface. They are about 25mm (1 inch) long and weigh about 4g. They are not hallmarked as they are below the minimum requirement. However, they are stamped with my mark and the 925 symbol. It wasn't practical to make a silver spring, as in the big pegs below, however I have used metal springs from the wooden pegs so they actually have a useful grip.

Silver clothes peg
A full sized traditional peg. The upper and lower surfaces reveal the rough texture of the original model wooden peg. As it has a silver spring, it is not very strong and is just about useful as a paperweight/ clip as it weighs over 70g. It is about 75 mm long. The peg immediately below has more shiny surfaces. A small peg is above this.
£150
Solid silver clothes peg
Another full sized traditional peg. With this peg, the upper and lower surfaces have been prepared and polished, though the inner faces are still rough. As it has a silver spring, it is not very strong and is just about useful as a paperweight/ clip as it weighs over 70g. It is about 75 mm long. A small peg can be found just above the full sized pegs.

Sterling silver nappy or kilt pin
A safety pin with a difference. My intention with this is for giving as a christening present. It could be used as a gift on other occasions - for a kilt perhaps. (I know most nappys are disposable these days.) The pins vary a little but weigh 10 grams, are about 6 cm long and the heart is 2cm wide. The other side of the heart is bright polished so that the recipient's name could be engraved. Please note silver is too soft for this pin to be used daily - it's more for special occasions.

Sterling silver AK47 bullet
This is a casting of an AK47 bullet. It is solid silver weighing 34 grams and is fully hallmarked. It is not a perfect replica, due to the limitations of my casting method, but looks fine. There is space to have a name engraved. It could be enhanced to be a keyfob or pendant or.....

Solid silver nutmeg
Having cast a wide range of nuts and seeds from acorns to walnuts, I have finally cast nutmegs. They are life sized, solid and heavy - a full one weighs about 44 grams. I can put loops on them to make them into pendants. I currently have a one which is a bit more than half thickness to reduce the weight to 33gms. That has a loop for a chain and is sold with a 18" medium belcher chain..
Full nut ornament - £95
Flat back pendant - £80

Silver padlock
This is a keyless padlock that could be used for a clasp. It is 4cm tall, 2cm wide and 0.5cm thick and weighs about 12g. More detail here. Other sizes on request.

Silver Mjolnir
A representation of Thor's hammer or mjolnir. This could be a pendant, keyfob, lucky charm or ornament. It is about 5cm high and weighs around 50g - so a heavy item. Fully UK hallmarked as sterling silver on the rear face. As shown, the surface has been left fairly rough, much as it was cast. I could do more work on the surfaces to eliminate most of the defects and give it a more even polish. If that's what you'd prefer then please contact me. There's a slightly different design on my blog.
