Payment
You may purchase on-line using the  button by each item. This links to a shopping cart and then to Paypal where you can pay securely by debit or credit card or with a Paypal account if you have one. You do not need to have a Paypal account.
Alternatively, if you wish to pay by e-banking or a cheque, please email or telephone and I can reserve the item for you and provide the necessary details.
If any work requires personalisation (eg addition of initials), then I require at least 50% of the purchase price in advance.
Delivery
Despatch is usually within two working days of receipt of cleared full payment. I will email you the tracking details if relevant.
All my work is generally sent by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' when I have received full payment. I charge £6.00 postage and packing per order. In order to keep to this low price (minimum charge at the Post Office is £5.45), I re-use packaging. You are welcome to collect from Radley, Oxfordshire, but please contact me before completing the purchase if you wish to do so as the shopping cart system will add postage.
All work is supplied with presentational packing in addition to any packaging for transit. Where possible I use my customised packaging, examples below, but sometimes I have to use other types. My labelled boxes are made from cardboard which is recyclable. Please email me if you want a special sort of box.
